The Ripple Effect - a 5Rhythms Wave Workshop

The first workshop will be on
Tuesday, 16 September
15.30 – 16.30

Dance through a wave that mirrors the rhythms of water, guiding us on a journey from mountain to sea. As we embody water, we sense the deep interconnection that invites us to fall in love—not only with our human form in dance, but also with the essence of water itself, a vital resource without which neither our lives nor the planet could exist. Led by accredited 5Rhythms teacher Nikki Ashley, the workshop responds to artist Alicja Patanowska’s installation 'The Ripple Effect' in the garden.

Friday Late: Caring in Common

How can we foster care, restoration, and resilience during challenging times?

This year for V&A x LDF, artists and designers have created installations that respond to the most urgent global crises—from natural resource extraction, to at-risk cultural heritage, geopolitical conflicts, and the rise of AI.

Caring in Common will explore these themes through music, performances, workshops, and talks. Together, we'll reflect on how we can manifest mutual support and solidarity, starting with ourselves and extending outward to the world.

To book The Ripple Effect Wave tickets will be released online via V&A website at 6pm on the day, it is advised to be at the V&A ready to grab your spot!  Places are limited and will sell out
