Sacred Pause Women’s Retreats, provide a supportive, creative space for women to drop deeply into themselves; inviting healing and transformation.

We gather together as women—not to escape, but to remember. 
We carry generations of wisdom and experience in our flesh and bones. 

Yet rarely do we give ourselves the space to truly listen to this innate, ancient intelligence. Rarely do we allow ourselves to fully open—to embrace intimate connection with ourselves and Mother Earth. 

In sisterhood, we step out of separation and into community. Together, we remember: our bodies, hearts, and minds are not problems to be fixed, but landscapes to be explored.

Nourishing in the divine feminine, deep diving into the 5Rhythms practice, ritual theatre, self-enquiry, yoga nidra meditations, breath work, aromatic alchemy, shamanic journeying, fire ceremonies, shared meals & more.

Nestled in a beautiful tranquil spot betwixt undulating meadows & expansive open moorland. The venue has a spacious wooden dance-floor, well equipped kitchen, toilets & showers, & camping on the land.

Sacred Sense: A Return To Our Senses

This retreat invites us to reclaim the senses as a sacred, embodied experience. We will practice the art of conscious connection to the Earth, inhabit our bodies more fully, and awaken the five senses as gateways to receptivity, openness and presence.

In times of uncertainty and overwhelm, sensual awareness is not a luxury—it is a lifeline. Smell, taste, touch, sound, and sight ground us in the here and now, offering simple yet profound ways to come home to ourselves.

*The cost is for the retreat only + supper on the first night, breakfasts & beverages. Other meals and accommodation at your expense. Options for accommodation include camping on the land or communal barn stay at £8 a night - or stay in a local B&B.

This year we are holding two residential retreats: each can be taken individually, or both can be taken as a full journey bridging Spring & Summer.

(note if booking for Summer retreat Aug 27 - 31 'Sacred Balance: Dark and Light' as well, there is a £20 discount if both deposits are paid by 8th March. Costs for the Summer are  *£416 full/£357 reduced Early Bird: £374/£321 until 18th June)
